Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
All sales final.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Apparel)
30-day return policy on unworn items in original condition.
Buyer pays return shipping.

SERVICES (Studio Sessions, Mixing, Mastering, Lessons)
Cancellations: 48-hour notice required for full refund.
Less than 48 hours: 50% refund.
No-shows: no refund.

BITCOIN PAYMENTS
Refunds on Bitcoin payments are issued in USD equivalent at
the original transaction rate, paid via the customer’s choice
of method (ACH, Zelle, or BTC at current market rate).
