IN THE STUDIO with Asaf Fulks — Tuition
One program: the 20-Week Mentor-Apprentice Program, taught one-on-one by Asaf Fulks inside a working recording studio at The OC Recording Company in Wildomar, California.
What your tuition covers
- 20 weekly private lessons with Asaf Fulks, 2 to 3 hours each — 40 to 60 hours of one-on-one instruction
- A separate 3-hour final exam session after lesson 20, which completes the program

- One copy of the textbook In the Studio by Asaf Fulks
- A Certificate of Completion from The OC Recording Company on successful completion of the course
- Lessons offered Sundays or weekday evenings; the program is finished within 6 months of the first session
- From time to time you may observe or assist in sessions Asaf runs for outside clients. This is not guaranteed and depends on the calendar. Anything you contribute in one of those sessions is work made for hire — it belongs to the studio and that client, with no claim to credit or pay.
Choose how you pay

The payment you make with the signed contract is your deposit and counts toward the total above. You have 7 days after signing to cancel for a full refund, paid within 30 days of your written notice. After those 7 days the agreement is not cancellable: money already paid is non-refundable and the rest of your payment schedule is still owed. Three or more unexcused absences or cancellations, counted together, end the program with no refund.
Strictly speaking
This is not an accredited degree. It does not include any vendor certification — no Avid certificate and no Waves certificate. The OC Recording Company is not a job placement agency and no position is promised to any student. What you leave with is real hours in a real studio, a structured method, and work you can point to.
